The Cubs appear to be drafting for the Rockies, but have missed the 6-hour window.
As the purpose of leadership drafting for the open team(s) is to assure the team will be worth a new GMs interest/efforts ... the Rockies will NOT forfeit their pick.
However, the draft will move forward until which time the Cubs place a pick for the open Rockies franchise.
Padres are on the clock.

Brewers, there is a pause between 10pm and 8am, the Rangers are OTC and it's not yet 8.
The Rangers have until 11:18 to draft. If you'd like to have us make your pick for you please email us at URBWaivers@gmail.com with a prioritized list and we'll get the highest ranked player who is available to draft for you.
