GMs must get their rosters ... balanced.
The period for retaining option guys has passed, so players with a 2010+ contract are now free agents and should be designated as such.
Arbitration players (non-guaranteed contracts) must have their salaries calculated using the formula in the league by-laws.
If any GMs have any problems, contact myself or Indians, Cubs ... Jays ... we'll all be able to provide assistance.
We need to start moving toward some the real fun ... trades, free agency ...
