I get the theory behind the 6 hour rule with delay overnight but the only thing that this really does is make it more likely that people miss their picks. I don't think it speeds the draft up as most people are already drafting within the 6 hours.

The goal is to hopefully get people to check that much more often, see where they are at and pick sooner into their clock time, or submit picks to avoid issues. I honestly don't care if some one goes through and copies every single player left to draft and prioritizes them in an email, I'll work with it. The leadership wont let some one down if they send their picks to us in a ranked list, in fact, we got yours and LAA's picks back to back and that helped move the draft forward a lot faster, it was the lag on either end that slowed it down. This draft is an attempt to mirror a draft that was done last year in another league. The difference here, and I think that it is huge, is that it was emailed in my other league, while I don't think that it would fly so well here to do it on a mailing list. But like I've said before, send us picks, send us hours that you want us to draft for you, we'll get it done. I'm very rarely away from a computer for more than six hours at a time, and there are three other members of the leadership who all have access to the URBWaivers account. If not, please PM me and I'll give it to you again.
