I like this a lot, probably Edmonds' last season though as the Cards probably wanted to bring back to retire with them.
The deal doesn't say if it's a MLB or MiLB contract, but either way it gives the Cards some solid OF depth as Edmonds is still a solid defender and not half bad with a bat either.
